1. General notes
The design is prepared on the grounds of:
- Assignment for design by the Investor Ekaterina Shotlekova, Nesha Dincheva;
- Sketch with visa, issued by the Chief Architect.

The building is located in the town of Strelcha Regulated Land Property IV- 782, quadrant 27В and is situated in compliance with the situation on the sketch.

2. Functional and Planning Decision
The main entrance is facing west.

The building is decided in one underground and four above ground levels:
- In the underground level at elevation – 2,80 there are 2 storage premises, in which are the boiler /on solid fuel/ and two cellars.
- At elevation ±0.00 are located two stores and two warehouses.
- At elevations +3.40 and +6.20 are standard floors. On each standard floor are envisaged two apartments.
-At elevation +9,00 is located the mansard with two apartments.

The roof is envisaged to be constructed with wooden structure and a sloped roof.

The construction shall be carried out in stages. The first stage includes the construction of the stores at elevation ±0.00, and having a temporary roof structure.

3. Structure
The building is envisaged to be monolithic reinforced structure, with bearing reinforced concrete beams, columns and slabs. The external and internal walls shall be built with single bricks 25 cm and 12 cm.

4. Finishing works and materials
The choice of the materials used in the building is consistent with its function as a whole and the function of each of the premises.
External walls:
– thermo insulation – 5 cm;
– puttying with polyester net;
– mineral plaster;
– first floor – ceramic facing.

Internal walls:
– latex;
– faience in the bathrooms and the WC.

Ceiling:
– latex;
– suspended ceiling.

Floors:
– laminated parquet;
– terracotta tiles in the bathrooms, WC and corridors;
– inlaid work in the cellars and storage premises;
– marble slabs on the staircase.

The joinery is envisaged to be PVC, depending on the choice of the Investor.
