Description: Functional and Planning Decision

The office has a built-up area 142.22 m ². The distribution includes a room for the staff of the company's office, a conference room, kitchen, two toilets and two balconies. To separate premises is built glass sliding door between the staff room and hallway. The floors in the bedrooms and kitchen are bright laminate, walls latex - ocher color, the ceiling is painted white. All radiators in the office were closed with wooden lattice - wenge. The furniture is made of chipboard, wenge, such as office chairs with metal frame and black leather, and dining chairs are solid wood construction and a white skin.

A. Room staff - 45.92 m ². Elected leather sofa for visitors to the office, and a glass coffee table before him. To achieve comfort in the room are placed two carpet type "Shaggy" and center of the composition is close to the palm terrace.
2. Kitchen - 16.58 m ². The kitchen is blocked by the staff room with large glass display case with sliding doors. It is equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. In niches in the window cupboards. The furniture is a dining table with four chairs and a bar with two bar chairs.
3. Terrace - 6.29 m ². From staff room opens onto a terrace which is covered with a canopy. Selected are pots with seasonal flowers.
4. Cabinet - 12.55 m ². The furniture of the cabinet is the same as other facilities includes a desk with chair, two seater leather sofa and two cabinet documents.
5. Terrace - 7.32 m ². Cabinet onto a furnished balcony with two rattan chairs and table. Again chosen pots with seasonal flowers.
6. Boardroom - 20.26 m ². For meeting room is chosen large table with seven chairs, bureau chief, and a library of documents and memorabilia. The room has a private toilet.
